LJT Construction is run by me, Liam Treanor, a Hertfordshire builder with a first-class honours degree in Construction Management and a lifetime spent on site. We work on one project at a time, so every customer gets our full attention from start to finish.
Our Story
I started out in my family’s groundworks and building business, where I spent five years learning the trade from the ground up quite literally. That experience, combined with a first-class honours degree in Construction Management, gave me both the practical skills and the technical understanding to do the job properly.
Eventually, the drive to work for myself and a genuine desire to produce a higher standard of work led me to go out on my own. Since then, LJT Construction has taken on everything from bathroom refurbishments to complete new builds, and I’ve never lost sight of what got me here: doing the job right, for people who deserve it.
Our Approach: One Job at a Time
Most building companies juggle several jobs at once. We don’t. LJT Construction usually commits to a single project at a time, which means your build gets our complete focus until you are completely happy with the result — not squeezed in between other commitments.
You’ll also have either myself or a member of my direct team on site every working day, so you always have a constant point of contact and someone to answer your questions as the work progresses.
